Janata HR Consultancy is an extension of Janata Travels Limited in Dubai, U.A.E providing human resource consulting and recruitment in the Middle-east region.
Our services include overseas recruitment and job placement, staffing and recruitment services for organizations, air ticketing, Umrah & Hajj as well as all other travel-related services, including accommodation, transfers, land packages, and visa assistance for both inbound and outbound travelers, solo, family, and corporate groups.

Founder’s Profile
Muhammed Akram Hussain was born in a respectable landlord family of Khan Shaheb Abul Hasnat in the old part of Dhaka City. He started his career in 1964 in Moulvi Bazar, Dhaka as a general merchant, wholesaler, importer & exporter. He obtained diploma in Insurance & received various training in the field of trade, commerce, industries and financial sectors both from home and abroad. He also received high-level training from Bangladesh Administrative Training Center. Led numerous delegations abroad in connected with Trade, Commerce & Industries for participating in Seminar, Symposium & Meetings. He is none other than our, respected Founder of Janata Group of Companies.

Born November 30, 1982, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Amzad holds the Managing Director position of his family run Travel, Tourism & Recruiting company, Janata Travels Limited. Moreover, he is also the Chairman of a tech company, Valiant Tech Limited. Amzad co-owns a franchisee cricket team Rajshahi Royals of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Currently he is serving as a Director of The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI). Amzad has completed MBA from North South University and is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Business Administration from Dhaka University. He has been awarded is a Commercially Important Person (CIP) by Government of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh for his outstanding contribution in trade facilitation of the country.
Zubair N M Hussain is a global entrepreneur, currently holds a Director position of Janata Travels Limited and Janata HR Consultancies. He was born in 31 December 1977. After he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, New York in 2003, he took his entrepreneurial spirit and passion to expanding his family business of Travel, Tourism & Overseas Recruiting Agency. He also holds the COO & Director of a consumer products manufacturing company, International Consumer Products Bangladesh Limited (ICP).
As a sports enthusiast, Zubair co-owns a Rajshahi Royals which won the title of Championship of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a T20 franchise cricket tournament. Along with his above notable entrepreneurial ventures, he is also the Director of Janata Agro Fisheries and CEO of both Janata Online and AAA Trading.
